In order to avoid aflatoxin in our nutmeg products, we have a special supply chain control and additional testing. All nutmeg which is processed in Q-SpicIng is tested according to the latest EU testing requirements. Our supply chain control staff supervises the collection and processing of the nutmeg at the farmer level. All these measures have proven very successful and contribute to the general improvement of our quality.
